Police verification is completed BEFORE any driver is placed — no exceptions. Our compliance team initiates the Police Character Verification (PVC) application at the district station and tracks the status. Drivers in our active roster already have current, valid PVCs renewed annually. You receive a copy of the police certificate as part of the driver's digital dossier before Day 1 of engagement.

Yes — our Enterprise MNC Contract is specifically designed for this. One master service agreement covers all cities, all driver types, and all volumes. You have one Relationship Manager as your single point of contact. Each city has our local team managing day-to-day operations. Verification standards, SLA terms, reporting formats, and monthly invoicing are uniform across all 18 cities. We've managed pan-India contracts for IT companies, consulting firms, hospitals, and banking institutions.

Car Spider is the employer of record in all managed placement contracts. The client is the end-service recipient, not the employer. This means all PF, ESIC, minimum wages, contract labour act compliance, and statutory filings are Car Spider's responsibility — not yours. This is critical for MNCs and corporate clients who need clean labour law compliance. Your accounts payable team simply processes one monthly GST invoice from Car Spider. Zero direct labour liability for your company.

You're protected by our Satisfaction Guarantee. In the first 15 days: We replace the driver at no charge and no penalty — no questions asked. After 15 days: Request a replacement at any time — processed within 48 hours (Essential plan) or 24 hours (Premium/Executive). For corporate fleet contracts: Any replacement request is processed within the SLA-defined timeline (typically 24–48 hours). You communicate the issue to your Car Spider account manager — not directly to the driver. We handle all communication.

Yes — our Agency White-Label Programme is designed for staffing and HR placement agencies who want to offer driver placement to their clients without building their own verification infrastructure. How it works: You bring the client requirement to Car Spider. We verify, train, and deploy the driver. You invoice your client at your own margin. We invoice you at our partner rate. Yes — POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training is mandatory as part of the Car Spider Certified Driver Programme for all drivers placed in corporate, MNC, and company environments. Under the POSH Act 2013, any company with 10 or more employees must ensure workplace safety including against third-party harassment. Drivers entering corporate premises or transporting employees fall under this scope. Car Spider's compliance team ensures all placed drivers are trained and certified, and clients can request POSH certification copies as part of their compliance audit.

In managed contracts, the client pays Car Spider one all-inclusive monthly invoice. This covers driver's net salary, PF/ESIC contributions, PA insurance premium, and Car Spider management fee. Car Spider pays the driver directly on the 1st of each month via bank transfer with a proper salary slip. No cash payments are encouraged. For MNCs: We provide itemised breakdowns per driver per invoice period for your accounts. GST invoicing with your company's PAN/GSTIN is standard. You are never directly paying or managing the driver's salary.

Absolutely — our Corporate Fleet Programme supports mixed-type contracts. You can have executive chauffeurs for the leadership team, standard corporate drivers for mid-management, and POSH-priority women safety drivers for your female employee transport — all under one master contract, one invoice, one RM. Each driver category has its own rate, but billing is consolidated. Adding or removing driver types during the contract period is handled via a simple amendment — no new contract required. Most of our MNC clients have 3–4 driver categories running simultaneously.

Our active drivers earn ₹18,000–₹38,000/month with full PF, ESIC, and PA insurance.
