The remaining amount is financed by our banking partners. Tempo Travellers offer particularly good ROI with relatively low down payment.

Car Spider manages everything — 100%. This includes: selecting and verifying the driver (police verification, POSH training, defensive driving certification), scheduling and executing preventive maintenance per OEM guidelines, managing all insurance renewals, handling GPS monitoring and real-time tracking, collecting rental from MNC and crediting to your account, and providing monthly income + utilisation reports. Your only responsibility is receiving income.

Our MNC contracts are fixed monthly rental agreements — not per-km or per-day billing. The MNC pays a fixed monthly amount regardless of how many days or km the vehicle is used. This is called a "guaranteed monthly rental" and it's legally binding under our SLA contracts. You receive the same amount every month whether the vehicle runs 100 km or 3,000 km.

Under operating lease: monthly rental is 100% tax-deductible, GST input credit applies, no balance sheet asset (off-balance-sheet treatment), and maintenance is fully bundled. Timeline: Day 1 — Enquiry & specialist call. Days 2–3 — Finance sanction from bank. Days 4–7 — Vehicle selection, dealership coordination, loan disbursement, RC & insurance. Days 8–30 — MNC client matching, contract signing, driver assignment, GPS installation. Day 30 — Vehicle enters active MNC fleet service. From enquiry to first rental credited: typically 35–45 days for standard segments. Tempo Travellers: 30–40 days (high demand, fast placement).

At MNC contract end (12–36 months), you have three options: (1) Renew — MNC contracts typically auto-renew for another 12–24 months, often at a higher rental rate. (2) Re-deploy — we place your vehicle with a new MNC client within 30 days. (3) Exit — sell the vehicle, repay remaining loan, and pocket equity appreciation. You are never locked in — the vehicle is always yours to sell.
